No recolored characters (Including Sonic Creators, Bases/Vector, etc. - unless it's for a reference sheet.) 5. Everyone is allowed a maximum of 5 submissions per days! 6. No one but the group's administrators can submit automatically to Feature Folder. Contributor are not allowed too!! 7.
